Boca de Canasí, is visited by excursioners all year long, no matter whether it is summer or winter because it is a beautiful and quiet place to be in contact with nature for real.
Canasí is a small fisherman village in the north of Artemisa. The town is about a mile away from Vía Blanca, the highway that connects Havana city and Matanzas.
The most popular place from the coast side is probably La Cazuela, a crystal-clear beach with beautiful blue water. In the bottom, you can see fishes and coral.
It is easy to lose track of time here, away from the noisy and agitated city. There is no better place to greet and say good bye to the sun.
